**The story and origin of the Heart Sutra**

The Heart Sutra, also known as the Heart Sutra, is one of the most widely circulated scriptures in Buddhism. It summarizes the core of Prajna wisdom in 260 concise words, emphasizes the concept of "emptiness", and is regarded as an important guide for practitioners.

**Story and Origin**:

The earliest record of the Heart Sutra can be traced back to the Prajna Sutra of Indian Mahayana Buddhism, which was later translated into Chinese by Master Xuanzang during the Tang Dynasty. It is said that Master Xuanzang encountered many difficulties and obstacles on his journey to the West to seek Buddhist scriptures. Whenever he encountered difficulties, he recited the Heart Sutra and received mysterious blessings, which enabled him to successfully reach India and complete his mission of seeking Buddhist scriptures.

In Buddhist practice, the Heart Sutra is believed to have powerful blessings that can remove obstacles, increase wisdom, and help practitioners realize the truth of emptiness. Many Buddhists recite the Heart Sutra every day in order to gain inner peace and enhance their wisdom.

**The story and origin of the Sankyo Cup**

"Sankyo Cup" is not a Buddhist term, but a cultural custom mainly related to eating and socializing. In some traditional occasions, people use the "San Gong Cup" to symbolize unity, friendship and integrity.

**Story and Origin**:

The concept of three cups of wine or tea comes from ancient social etiquette, especially in the food culture of China and Taiwan, where three cups of wine or three cups of tea represent a symbol of sharing, alliance or oath. On certain occasions, such as wedding banquets, sacrifices, or important gatherings, the San Gong Cup ritual may be used to express respect or to establish friendship.
