Our goal is to make your purchasing experience as easy and efficient as possible. The following terms and conditions below briefly explain how we process your orders and how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Any use of this site, including the placing of any order, indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions listed below. Please read the following policies, terms and conditions before submitting an order. These terms and conditions shall supersede all policies published on past web documents, sales receipts, and emails. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Your use of this site is subject to these terms and conditions. By accessing this site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
You agree to indemnify and hold us and (as applicable) our subsidiaries, affiliates, and employees, free from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by you and/or any third party(s) due to or arising out of your use of this website or breach of this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.



Your satisfaction is our utmost concern. On this page you will see a detailed explanation of our return and exchange policy. We will exchange or return items that are found defective in workmanship or material. Items that you are not satisfied with the color or size are only eligible for exchanges. Items that are sent out in error are eligible for free return shipping within the lower 48 United States. It is the buyer's responsibility to notify us of any problem that may arise.
Return/Exchange Conditions:
Defective items are eligible for return or exchange within 5 days of receiving the item. If the item is not available for exchange with the same item, you will be refunded the cost.
Other items are only eligible for exchange for the same product of different color or size, or another item of equal value. The items must be returned in new condition with the original packaging. Additional shipping charges may apply to exchange items. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.


Items on closeout are eligible for exchange only.

International Orders:

Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damaged Goods:

We do our best to package all items according to industry standards. However, there are rare cases where the goods are damaged during the shipping process. Any items received by the customer that appear to be damaged must be reported to the shipping agency immediately. The shipping agency will then file a claim number. It is the customer's responsibility to file the claim and keep all packaging material and goods. We cannot file the claim with the shipping agency. Once the claim is filed you must contact us to receive an RMA number. When the claim is settled we will contact you for further instructions.


Items sold according to weight are not eligible for return or exchange. Dzi beads are also not available for return or exchange due to their unique individual characteristics.


You will be notified as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours) after placing your order whether any parts you have ordered are backordered with our distributors. If any of your purchased items is backordered, we will give you the opportunity to cancel that item with no penalty.


We will make a good faith effort to complete delivery of the products as indicated by the estimated shipping time listed on the website, but we assumes no responsibility or liability and will accept no backcharge for loss or damage due to delay or inability to deliver, whether or not such loss or damage was made known to us, including, but not limited to, liability for our non-performance caused by: acts of God, war, labor difficulties, accidents, delays of carriers, contractors or suppliers or any other causes of any kind whatever beyond our control. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, indirect, or liquidated damages, losses, or expense (whether or not based on negligence) arising directly or indirectly from delays or failure to give notice of delay.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of all items in your order. The shipping cost charged at the time of purchase represents an estimate using FedEx Ground or US Priority Mail. Requests for Express Mail Service or special handling will be billed separately based on published rates plus a small shipping and handling fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.


We will not be held responsible or accountable for lost international packages. We will ship to the address provided by the customer; however we cannot guarantee that the package will arrive. There will be no refunds or credits for lost international packages.


We only charges sales tax on shipments within California. You, the customer, are responsible for any and all unpaid sales taxes.

Customer Satisfaction:

These policies are only set as a guideline. Your satisfaction is our number one concern. In the event of dissatisfaction please contact us. Speaking to a representative over the phone is the best method. For more detailed shipping policies please view our ‘Shipping and Returns’ page.


Worldwide copyright laws and treaty provisions protect all materials appearing anywhere on this internet site. None of these materials may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed in any form or by any other means without our written consent. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on our internet site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.


Any litigation regarding this agreement or any transaction between a customer and us shall be brought to the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California and the customer hereby agrees and submits to such jurisdiction and venue as proper.


In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, We have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders without prior notification whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, We will immediately issue a credit to the credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
