Narrative:

Kachog Buddha Mother (also known as Vajrayogini or Naropa Dakini) is one of the most important deities in Tantric Buddhism and is highly respected in the Sakya and Gelug traditions. Her teachings originated from the Hevajra Tantra and are closely related to Hevajra. She is regarded as the noble deity who controls the wheel of the dakinis.

According to legend, during the period of strife and conflict, the world was filled with evil views and evil deeds. Mahadeva and his followers left marks at twenty-four places and offered sacrifices, causing evil forces to run rampant. When the five groups of dakinis saw this, they prayed to Shakyamuni Buddha to tame the violent and evil sentient beings. The Buddha then manifested the mandala of Hevajra, subdued Mahadeva and his retinue, and preached the Hevajra Tantra, which includes the method of Kachog Buddha Mother.

The practice of Khachog Buddha was first passed down by the Sakya sect in Tibet. The rules for transmission are extremely strict, and there is even a saying that "this transmission should not go beyond the walls of the temple." Scholars need to offer a large amount of gold to be taught, and only three people can receive the Dharma at a time. Therefore, it is called one of the "uncommon golden Dharmas of Sakya." It was not until Master Tsongkhapa accepted this method that the inheritance of Khachog Buddha Mother gradually spread among the Gelug sect.

This method is believed to have extremely strong blessing power. If the practitioner can maintain his vows with pure faith, even if he is unable to attain the supreme accomplishment in this life, the deity can lead him directly to the land of the dakinis without having to abandon his physical body. Her mantra is regarded as the general mantra of billions of dakinis. Those who recite it can quickly accumulate blessings, eliminate disasters and misfortunes, and even satisfy worldly wishes, such as seeking wealth and increasing blessings.
