Red Zambala with Three Faces and Six Arms
An emanation of Amitabha Buddha, Red Zambala is a primary deity specially associated with the activities of Increasing (Enriching) and Magnetizing (Power). Standing in a single-deity posture, he treads upon a sun and moon disc resting on a lotus pedestal, as well as male and female wealth-granting Yakshas. He possesses three faces, six arms, and four feet.
Right Face (White): Represents White Zambala governing the devas (celestial beings), symbolizing the Enlightened Body of all Buddhas and Manjushri Bodhisattva.
Left Face (Blue): Represents Black Zambala governing the nagas (dragon/serpent realm), symbolizing the Enlightened Mind of all Buddhas and Vajrapani Bodhisattva.
Central Face (Red): Represents Red Zambala governing humanity, symbolizing the Enlightened Speech of all Buddhas and Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva.
Secret Consort (Kurukulla): Resides at his heart center, signifying the embodiment of the Dakinis of the three places and governing the minds of all sentient beings.
In his upper right hand, he holds the Mani Jewel; in his second right hand, he holds a precious hook. His upper left hand holds a skullcup filled with jewels, and his second left hand holds a jewel-lasso. His lowest right and left hands each hold a jewel-spouting mongoose positioned at his thighs. He is adorned with the thirteen majestic ornaments of the Sambhogakaya Buddha and decorated with eight great nagas.
Practicing this sadhana grants the combined merits of the Three Protectors (Avalokiteshvara, Manjushri, and Vajrapani) as well as the Red, White, and Black Zambalas. It is especially beneficial for high-ranking officials, business owners, leaders, and executives, helping them earn widespread love, respect, and support.
The power of Red Zambala’s vows and merits is boundless, possessing immense ability to gather positive provisions such as people, wealth, and material resources. Anyone who practices this teaching can broadly attract financial resources, benefactor connections, wealth, food, and various forms of prosperity with ease. It increases one's fame, fortune, merit, lifespan, wisdom, and both material and spiritual abundance. Practitioners will be free from financial hardship, protected against the loss of spiritual and material wealth, and able to cultivate the Dharma with peace of mind. However, practitioners must generate the supreme Bodhicitta, form virtuous connections with widely, and diligently practice generosity.
